The on-site IT Administrator provides hands-on technology support to end users (Team members, Residents, and Guests) at their assigned communities and remotely in the enterprise. You would fields trouble tickets from the helpdesk system and resolves staff issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include standard break/fix, problem diagnosis and resolution, PC and peripheral hardware and software upgrades and end user technology training/coaching. The incumbent provides support for community communication, life-safety and security systems.
This position requires on-site presence at Hillside community located in McMinnville, OR. Pay range is $26.50-29.50/hr depending on experience
